Users

With this plan, you can connect up to 5 users to your account, allowing for collaborative access and ensuring that multiple stakeholders can stay informed and engaged in the monitoring process.

Notifications

You will be able to receive notifications of all the types listed below.

• Low Pressure: Notification for pressure drop inside of you mitigation system.
• Low Battery: Notification for estimated battery life of the monitor.
• Device Inactivity: Notification for mitigation system if it does not check-in with the cloud.
• Temperature: Notification for mitigation system if temperature goes below or above a set level.

Notification Types

You have the flexibility to choose from various delivery methods, including email, text messaging, push notifications, and In-App alerts, ensuring that you receive notifications in the way that best suits your preferences.

• In-App Notifications: These alerts are visible on your Tattle Cloud dashboard and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.
• Email: Notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your notification settings.
• Text: Get notifications through text messages sent to your designated notification phone number.
• Push: Receive notifications on your phone, computer, or tablet connected to your push notification account.

Data

This plan grants you the ability to access historical data for the monitors, spanning up to 14 months. Additionally, you can view the current state of the monitor in real-time.

Data Downloads

With this plan, you not only have the privilege of viewing historical data for the monitors for up to 14 months but also the capability to download this data. This feature enhances your ability to analyze and store the information as needed for your monitoring needs.
